Assembly

1. Attach handrail post holder TRIO 65

in the connection holes of the

elements.

Only possible on vertical struts.

2. Secure with cotter pin.

3. Insert handrails HSGP 66.

4. Insert safety rails and secure with nails.

5. Assemble aide de levage TRP 67.

6. Lift with crane.

When raising the element, it should

be ensured that the safety rail is not

damaged by the crane sling. Fig. 50.

With extended formwork units,

assemble the guardrails during the

pre-assembly.

Dismantling

Do not lay formwork elements onto

the handrail post holders TRIO 65.

– Scaffolding parts provided by the

contractor must be in accordance

with the relevant safety regulations

(in Germany, DIN 4420).

– Timber parts must be of at least

Sort Class S10 according to

DIN 4074 and must be identified

(BGR 169).

– Cross-section of the safety planks:

3 cm x 15 cm.

– Secure boards with nails.
